Superb care and professionalism through and through from Doctors to all staff members

Staff and doctors are very professional.

I’m a 32 year old woman who went to Dr. Hendricks for severe right hip joint pain and couldn’t figure out what the cause was. Dr. Hendricks showed me that my hip joint was in collapse. He gave me thoughtful options for a plan considering my age and the damage. He listened to my concerns and we decided to put it off as long as I could due to my age. Eventually I decided to go with a total hip joint replacement after putting it off as long as I could and I couldn’t be happier I did. They did an excellent job informing me of what to expect for pre and post op. They called to check up on me a couple of days and weeks after. His nursing team was fantastic and very patient. I kept having issues with my FMLA (which was my companies fault) and the nursing team was always awesome at helping get the paperwork signed and pushed through as quickly as possible. I personally work in healthcare and I think they exceeded expectations. They were extremely kind. Hopefully the AOA admin see this and can give them a bit of a raise. *Wink*. I was also impressed by Kansas Surgery Center where I had the surgery done. They were very personable and positive. I have some older friends who have also been operated on by Dr. Hendricks and they also were happy about their results. I was a little nervous for the procedure because I was so young and I’m a runner but I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m about 6 months out and healed quickly. I’m a fast walker in general but I’m surprised how easily I move around now and I’m almost at the point of jogging confidently. They were great. I would absolutely recommend them and trust them for any future procedures. 10/10 :).

I never had to wait long everything went promptly. I was treated with the upmost respect. I was very grateful to find out my results and was explained to me to the fullest. All my questions were answered and I would recommend them 100
