Andrea has been fantastic each and every time I’ve visited AOA. She’s so friendly and helpful! Absolutely love her!!
I like how the doctors are transparent and don’t use a lot of jargon. I am also very pleased with Andrea, she steps in when the line to check in are busy and long and she always has a smile on her face.
The check-in process was amazing. From meeting Tammy, at the front directing us Where to go and helping us finish up the process.I didn’t feel like our wait.Time was that long

I’ve had a long and excellent history with Dr. Anderson and staff. Always clear treatment plans and directions needed to be taken. The care after surgery is thorough, successful and makes my life so much better and active!
I like this place because they were courteous and knowlegable about examination of my right shoulder. They were very nice. I have come back for two follow up apts. Again I like this facility. I have surgery scheduled for Nov. 24. We shall see.

I was treated with respect throughout the whole process Everybody at Surgery And Recover Center of Kansas tolerated my ignorance and help me understand everything I needed to know about the process The place was very clean and a great environment I had a full left knee replacement. Dr Shepherd is great he listens and explains the surgery. Nurse are great too. Check in was fast.
