Seth grew up in Conway Springs, Kansas, and earned a degree in Chemistry from Bethel College in Newton, Kansas, before pursuing medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine–Wichita. After completing a five-year orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Kansas–Wichita, he completed fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma at the University of Kentucky in 2026.
He specializes in the care of complex orthopedic injuries and conditions. His clinical interests include complex fracture care, deformity correction, nonunion and malunion treatment, fracture-related infections, limb salvage, and arthroplasty for fractures. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care with the goal of helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to their daily lives as safely and quickly as possible.
In addition to caring for patients, Seth enjoys teaching orthopedic surgery residents and finds mentoring the next generation of surgeons to be one of the most rewarding parts of his career. Outside of medicine, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife, their growing family (including two children with a third on the way), and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys football, golf, and hunting.
