This was my first time going to AOA. The receptionist was really nice. My dr is Dr. Childs. He was very nice, and explained everything and answered every question I had.
Dr. Lucas performed a right Reverse shoulder replacement, which is a difficult surgert. Dr. Lucas and his entire staff are efficient, very, very friendly, eager to answer your questions. Dr. Lucas is an excellent surgeon who I would highly recommend and I was confident there would be no problems encountered during my surgery. I put my complete trust in him and was confident in doing so. The results were perfect and I had a speedy recovery. Highly recommend.
Didn’t have to wait very long at all. Dr Anderson came in the room, and was very sweet and you could tell he genuinely cared. He explained everything to where I could understand it. He wasn’t rushed to get in and out. He answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to go. I would give him a 10 if I could. Again, his name is Dr Chris Anderson. Very professional
Dr. Childs is, first of all, a very nice person. I’m a new patient, and he listened very carefully to my concerns. He did a thorough evaluation and developed a treatment plan that made sense. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Dr. Lucas and his staff are WONDERFUL! They listen and CARE about your well being. They will go above and beyond for their patients and that’s a rare commodity anymore. Dr. Lucas repaired an injury, that another doctor did not, and I’m forever grateful to him and his staff for taking away three years of pain!
