I received an injection in my knee to reduce pain and swelling. It has not worked but I am hopeful. The PA was helpful and took time to talk about my pain and inflammation. Took 7 days but better now.

Went to see Dr. Hagen for my shoulder. He and his staff were very receptive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He guided me through my options, but more importantly he spent the time to listen to by concerns and thoughts. There are a lot of specialists here, they are very busy but I didn’t have to wait long and a lot of services are done in-house (ie. X-Rays). Would recommend.
From the receptionist’s welcome, to the wait time, to the exploratory consult, to the administration of X-rays, administration of injection, provision of brace and explanation of use, and making of followup appointment it was most professional in all aspects. As retired military, I appreciated the extreme professionalism with liberal helpings of care, humour and friendliness.
