Dr. Prohaska performed a total standard shoulder replacement on my right shoulder on 2/18/19. My shoulder was bone on bone due to arthritis; causing pain and limited movement. I did all my post op rehab at home via a protocol set up by Dr. Prohaska and his staff. All I had to do was purchase a few stretch bands and a couple of hand weights. I set up a daily schedule and tracked my progress. Now, a year later my shoulder is better, fully healed and I’ve been cleared to do whatever I wish except repeated heavy lifting; except at 71 I won’t be doing that anyway! Finally, I’d like to express my thanks to Dr. Prohaska, Chelsea Whitetree, Candace and staff for all their care and professionalism. Doc did my initial shoulder surgery and the shoulder locked up (Froze). I went back in to have the Frozen shoulder released and am doing well.

Dr. Paul Pappademos was highly recommended to me. It was even said if his scheduling is backlogged, ask to be put on his waiting list. I was pleased with his staff and most of all with his concern an how he explained everything to me in detail,has a great personality and I’m more at ease preparing for surgery.
