Dr. John Schurman is in my opinion the world's best knee surgeon that there could ever be . He does hips too. Lol.

Excellent Doctor and staff. They made a bad situation into a pleasant experience. I recommend Dr Corrigan to anyone who has a broken bone.

Clearly, it depends on what physician and-or PA you deal with in determining whether a person's experience was good or poor. DON'T lump them all together! Dr. Naomi Shields was terrific, both last year at the time of my pre-op, through surgery, and recovery; and has been quite articulate now, in follow-up. Her staff has likewise been quite good. Dr. Shields' communication was great -- always. Yup, I too had to wait. I ALSO had met with Dr. Harry Morris a couple of years ago. His assessment was very helpful in determining what I did NOT have; very clear, good communication and much less wait time. If there is a bad apple in the group, I've not dealt with them. Front desk was very helpful as well.

This is the best medical clinic one could hope to deal with!! All truly professional and very pleasant to work with. Yes, it is a busy place because they are the best. But they do a phenomenal job when you consider each doctor, usually 8, is seeing 50-60 patients per day. Dr. John Schurman is THE BEST! Right hip replaced in 2000 and still at least 80%, left hip replaced 2015 and recovery is amazing!! Do not listen to the crybaby's review as he is doing the general public a major disservice by telling people to stay away from AOA!!! Shame on you. Get a life and grow up!!
