I have 100% trust in Dr. Jeffrey Shepard. He has the qualities I personally look for in a physician - knowledge, compassion, willingness to answer questions, & discuss options. As an active senior, my knee pain was making it very difficult to do daily activities. After performing my left knee replacement 2019, my quality of life improved tremendously. And the trust is obvious when I say he will be preforming a total right knee replacement in April 2023. Dr. Shepherd’s aftercare plan of land PT and Aqua Therapy contributed to a fast recovery.

I have always been treated professionally. AOA is an excellent facility. His staff from reception, nurses and his physician assistant have always treated me kindly. Even if you are still have pain they do their best to make you smile. Can't say enough about them.

LOVE Dr. Lucas and Sam his PA... they are wonderful, professional, kind caring people. Want to see you without pain, and fully healed. He did my ACL replacement 2.5 years ago. Did an amazing job, I have full functionality back in my knee for the first time in years. Highly recommend him and his staff.
