I had an ACL reconstruction surgery with Dr. Scott Adrian. He is such a humble, knowledgeable and confident personality. All the nurses and Dr’s assistant (I dont remember the names????) were great. Its still going on and I hope to leave them in good note! Will definitely recommend Dr. Scott!

I am so pleased my experience with AOA East, and my surgeon + his team, Dr Lucas. I was desperate to get in as soon as possible to diagnose my knee. They accommodated last minute scheduling and I got a consult with the PA, Dr Richards, who was kind and informational. After having an MRI, I again saw Dr Richards and also met with Dr Lucas to discuss my diagnosis, surgery, and recovery. I didn't feel rushed and my questions were all answered thoroughly and with care. My surgery was scheduled promptly. The surgery team gave me the best experience. Everyone was kind, helpful, and they took their time speaking to us and explaining everything in detail. Dr Lucas ended up repairing my bucket meniscus tear and my ACL with a graft from my quad. After surgery the recovery team made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. There was a 48 hour follow up call to check on me, as well as a 2 week post op appt. At the appt there were several questions about how I was doing, ensuring I started PT, and just making sure I have everything I need. They really go above asking you questions to make sure your recovery is as successful as possible. We also had a few hiccups with insurance and much to my relief, Dr Lucas' amazing nurse Haley discussed it with us and handled everything - such a major relief. This team is fluid, truly cares about their patients, and very talented. I feel fortunate I was able to get on Dr Lucas' schedule for him to repair my knee. I highly recommend AOA East and Dr Lucas + his team and will refer them indefinitely to anyone I know needing Ortho care. *Picture is 2 weeks post op, they used dissolvable stitches underneath with surgical glue on top to minimize scarring. The white is just gauze stuck to the glue that hasn't come off yet, very happy with my post op scars*

I love the people who work at AOA. They are happy and welcoming. I saw PA Troy Frick for a knee injection. He was very kind and open to any questions. Brandi and India, Dr. Anderson’s nurses, are always so sweet and call back quickly!
