From the receptionist to the nursing staff, the Drs. and the associates, they all make you feel you are welcomed. And treat you as family.

I was very impressed with Dr. Birlingmair. He paid such close attention to detail and took the time to explain everything to me in a way no other doctor or provider ever has. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is focused on finding real, lasting solutions and not just quick fixes that are going to break the bank. After 3+ years of dealing with my back issue, I finally feel like someone is truly invested in helping me get better. I am very hopeful my upcoming procedure is what does the trick and gives me my quality of life back, and Dr. Birlingmair and crew left me feeling like it really will. HUGE shoutout to his medical assistant Kaela as well. She handled my paperwork so quickly and communicates wonderfully and answered every question I had regarding my care very promptly and efficiently. I’m so thankful for both of them and the level of care they’ve provided! Highly recommend this crew at AOA! Update: I had surgery on 12/12/25. Dr. Jacob Birlingmair is hands down the best doctor I have ever worked with. From my very first pre-op appointment through surgery and recovery, he took the time to truly listen to me and made me feel heard, respected, and cared for. His bedside manner is exceptional. He is very kind, patient, and reassuring in every interaction. The surgery itself was truly life-changing. My issue was fixed immediately post-op, and the relief was something I had not experienced in a very long time. Immediately after surgery, Dr. Birlingmair took the time to speak with my husband and validated the amount of pain I had been in, explaining how extremely inflamed and irritated my nerve was from my ruptured disc sitting on it for so long. That validation meant more to me than I can express. I had seen multiple doctors before Dr. Birlingmair, and my problem was overlooked for far too long. He not only identified the issue but treated it with incredible skill and confidence. I am beyond grateful for the care he provided and for how genuinely good he was to me throughout the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Birlingmair to anyone needing spine care without hesitation. He is truly the best.

Dr Prohaska was wonderful. The office was very efficient and organized. I was impressed with the quality of their diagnostics. Everyone seems to care about the patients and the quality of their work.

Dr Hagan has done both of my knees, both rotator cuffs and a complete tear of my bicep tendon. Through each of the surgeries I have been so impressed with Dr Hagan and staffs professionalism, caring and thoroughness. He’s the one I will go to for any additional needs that should come along.
