Impressed with Dr Gwyn and staff! Didn't feel rushed through appointment and felt more at ease about the injury.

We had a great experience with Dr Gwyn. The surgery was easy and the recovery was quick and relatively painless!

Had a great experience there for my son who fractured his arm earlier this month. The nurses and Doctors were all great. The front desk/reception counter personell(Pod A,Caucasian woman, red hair, glasses, young) was extremely rude however, she explained nothing (he is a new patient) and had major attitude as soon as I walked up to the counter to check my son in. I was getting upset because she was so adimant about the referral like if he didn't have it, he couldn't be seen. Then she rudely said she tried the doctor on file and my cell phone "multiple times and no one ever answered and she was unable to leave voice mail cuz it didnt give an option to" (not true, after 4 rings it goes to vm). So good experience, bad customer service.

Dr " Papa" and Jamie to begin with. Our lives are so much better now that our pain is gone after our respective joint replacements. All staff members are always friendly and kind. We have reccommended three of our friends here in Emporia to Dr Papa. All with great results, of course. thanks so much!!!
