They are very friendly! My doctor I seen was so nice and spent time explaining himself on my condition. The lady who took me back was so polite also.

Very impressed with Dr. Lucas and his staff. They were kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable.

I've seen a couple doctors here for my shoulder and knees. Dr Pappedamos, Jamie his PA, his staff are very, very personable. I really like this doctor and for what he's done for me and my knee. Totally recommend him!!

I gotta say we've been going to Dr.Klaumann and Kristin for 3 months now, and we have been very very pleased. We had to drive to Wichita every Monday for 10 week's, and surgery this morning .We were impressed with the service, the handling of our granddaughters surgery, all the staff, and very friendly atmosphere being she's only 6 months. We're in the middle of club feet treatment with our 3-month old baby girl. We're not only very pleased with the medical care our daughter is receiving, but the character and "bedside manner" of the staff is beyond awesome! Thanks, Dr. Klaumann, Kristin & Jeff for going WAY out of your way to not just treat Vivien, but always having a smile for us when we come in.

Having dealt with pain and uncertainty of getting things fixed, Dr Lucas and his whole team ...from reception to radiology to nurses, PA and Dr himself...at AOA has been absoulty wonderful! They have been professional as well as down to earth caring about me as a person and a patient. No stone was left unturned from the moment I first walked into their offices to the last appt walking out. I am now pain free and have my range of motion back. 5 stars and a big thank you to all of you! I highly recommend this team for anything Orthopedic related! You won't be disappointed.
