I love the doctors and staff at this facility! Great care and the best doctors. I have used four doctors so far and had two surgeries. Just booked a third. I have a very high level of trust and confidence in the doctors here. The staff are all exceptional too. The P.A.'s are extremely experienced and well qualified. Their care is great. Nurses are responsive to calls and needs. If I or my family need Orthopedic I send them here. My 89 yr old mom had both knees replaced last year by Dr Pappademos. He did my knee too. He is the best!!

Loved Dr gwyn and his staff. Got in and out in a timely manner and got all my questions answered.

Everyone here is so nice and respectful. We all know that going to the doctor can be a pain, no pun intended, but my experience was fast and friendly.

I have recommended Dr. Prohaska to several people. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. He's great and has always taken care of any issues I have. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was able to get into Dr. Lucas within 24 hours after a fall. Everyone including the first person I spoke to on the phone to everyone in the office, were very caring and extremely helpful.

Clearly, it depends on what physician and-or PA you deal with in determining whether a person's experience was good or poor. DON'T lump them all together! Dr. Naomi Shields was terrific, both last year at the time of my pre-op, through surgery, and recovery; and has been quite articulate now, in follow-up. Her staff has likewise been quite good. Dr. Shields' communication was great -- always. Yup, I too had to wait. I ALSO had met with Dr. Harry Morris a couple of years ago. His assessment was very helpful in determining what I did NOT have; very clear, good communication and much less wait time. If there is a bad apple in the group, I've not dealt with them. Front desk was very helpful as well.

Dr's and staff are amazing! I've had both hips replaced by Dr.Schurman and now have cortisone shots every 3 months in my knees (to get me by until knee replacements) Tom and all the staff are so friendly & caring! Highly recommend!!

Dr.Pollock and his staff are amazing and the sweetest people iv ever met in the medical profession they really care.
