I was referred to bernard harrond by my primary physician, he ended up leaving the team and Alexander bollinger took over my case. My MRI showed nothing so I had to do an MR. Arthegram and it still showed no tear. So I told him that I knew there was an issue. He said he would do the surgery. When he got into my shoulder he found a large slap/ labral tear. Alexander bollinger did an amazing job fixing it up. 5 months later I am almost at 100 percent with full range of motion. From the intake staff at the surgery center to the girls at the front desk. The team is amazing. I would recommend any of my friends and family to Alexander. And the medical staff at AOA. Thank you guys. I have always heard bad things about shoulder surgery and you all exceeded my expectations.

I was introduced to Dr. Corrigan from a MVA that broke both my ulna and radius. Awesome Dr and awesome staff. Very polite. Able to get in and out. I am set to have hardware removed from Dr Bollinger. Another awesome Dr and his staff as well. Love this place.

Dr. John Schurman is in my opinion the world's best knee surgeon that there could ever be . He does hips too. Lol.

Clearly, it depends on what physician and-or PA you deal with in determining whether a person's experience was good or poor. DON'T lump them all together! Dr. Naomi Shields was terrific, both last year at the time of my pre-op, through surgery, and recovery; and has been quite articulate now, in follow-up. Her staff has likewise been quite good. Dr. Shields' communication was great -- always. Yup, I too had to wait. I ALSO had met with Dr. Harry Morris a couple of years ago. His assessment was very helpful in determining what I did NOT have; very clear, good communication and much less wait time. If there is a bad apple in the group, I've not dealt with them. Front desk was very helpful as well.
