Your told to be here at a certain time and you spend over an hour and a half waiting to be seen and sometimes longer. This isn't the first time this has happened to us coming here. We travel over 2 hours to set and wait. This is uncalled for. If you can't see people on time or close to their time you need to work on fixing it.
