Staff friendlyness, takes time to talk to you and answer your questions, don't feel like you are rushed through appointment.

I see Dr Sheppard and his staff at AOA. Dr Sheppard has a gentle, caring bed side manner. He explains the procedures and answers my questions. He will be my surgeon in two weeks for my hip replacement. I'm looking forward to a pain free future.
