Dr. Shepherd and his P.A. Tom Swan are the absolute best in the business! They are efficient and astute as to any difficulty with which they are confronted. I’ve seen them interact with elderly people as well as children and teens. Dr. Shepherd and Tom relate perfectly on every level, making sure their patients are comfortable and understand everything about their individual situations. I have trusted them completely on more than one occasion and would not hesitate to again!

I was referred to Dr. Lucas for a calcium debridement in my left shoulder. I tried a lavage first and it didn't work. From start to finish the experience was professional. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, it was actually a fun experience each time I visited. Ok enough of the fluff. The BOTTOM LINE: Dr. Lucas performed surgery on my shoulder. My shoulder is 100% recovered with no pain or discomfort. Strength is back to normal. I was done with physical therapy in 8 weeks and pain free. Dr. Lucas played a major role in HEALING ME! I praise God for leading me to Dr. Lucas and his team and that God's will was for my shoulder to heal completely. Thank you Team Lucas!

I am very happy with Advanced Orthopedic and Dr. Gwyn. Everyone there is very friendly & personal; I was given a more thorough explanation of my issue and he was open to my opinions. I'm just very pleased that I found AOA, I feel like I was given better attetion and that my opinion was more valued than the other place I had been. Thank you.
