Always seen almost on appointment time! Good advice from my doctor and staff! Highly recommend!

My be too early to rate my experience since I've only been once. I didn't have to wait long and the staff and the doctor were all very nice and helpful. However, I was hoping for something to take the edge off the extreme pain that I am in. nI need a total hip replacement and was given a ten week time frame to lose 50lbs before Dr. Shepherd could do the surgery. He explained why and I appreciated his knowledge and his opinion. His office helped set up an appointment for a shot to be given to my hip 5 days from my visit. If this doesn't help ease some of my pain I will be highly disappointed. Ten weeks of pain will be hard to endure. We will see.

I had a great experience. Dr Hagen listened and took the time to answer all my questions and looked at all my previous history. Very thankful for the referral to Dr. Hagan
