From the receptionist's welcome, to the wait time, to the exploratory consult, to the administration of X-rays, administration of injection, provision of brace and explanation of use, and making of followup appointment it was most professional in all aspects. As retired military, I appreciated the extreme professionalism with liberal helpings of care, humour and friendliness.
