I returned from last fall to start the ball rolling for knee replacement surgery. Dr. P answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure and how the new knee will work. He helped me look past the pain I’m having now to what it’ll be like in about six weeks. I’m so ready to go!

went back back to see Dr Hagen and he was very dismissive about what I wanted and pushed what he wanted instead...he didn't want to listen to me at all...was treated kind by his staff and the front desk staff..

Our wait time was very reasonable both in the lobby and in the exam room. Doctor Shephard is friendly, forthright and takes time to talk and listen to you. His staff are efficient and friendly.
