The doctors office has an excellent, roomy, clean environment and professional-looking and acting staff. I noticed how friendly patients were greeted and remained smiling and making small talk with one another. 4 kids were there but not brought together, and the staff quickly discouraged the running and squealing by interesting them in other things, thank goodness. I'll be honest, I don't remember the names of anyone I saw and with my memory, probably never will. I do, however, remember the kindness and efficiency of every single person I met there. I don't think I've ever been to a medical practice that was so quick to get me scheduled, seen, and gotten results so quickly in my life. It was such a relief to be taken seriously and to be treated with so much compassion. I will absolutely rave about this place to anyone I know needing orthopedic care.

If you have joint replacement like hip or knee or anything like that, Dr. Thomas Hendrix is the best in the Midwest as far as I’m concerned him and his staff is treated me with nothing but a lot of love and respect and comforting me through all my pain I just wanna say thank youGod bless you. You’re the best and I’m glad you’re my doctor.

Great service

Dr. Madison and staff are great. I had pretty major surgery on a broken leg and smashed ankle. I’m very grateful for the quality of the surgical repair and follow up. I highly recommend that if you need major orthopedic surgery to choose Dr. Madison.
