I was very pleased with Dr. HENDRICKS. I DIDN'T SEE HIM BUT TWICE. INITIAL APOINTMENT PRE SURGERY AND THE DAY OF SURGERY. I PRESUME. I WAS IN HIS HOSPITAL FOR MANY DAYS AND SO DO NOT RECALL HIM CHECKING ON ME THERE. I AM THINKING THAT I SAW HIM PRE OP AND POSSIBLY POST OP SINCE I WAS IN LONGER THAN EXPECTED. IASSUME THAT HE WAS INFORMED OF MY ISSUES DURING THIS PERIOD THROUGH HIS PA. I WAS DISMISSED AND HAD SOME ISSUES AT HOME. MY DAUGHTER CALLED THE EXCHANGE AND WAS ABLE TO REACH DR Lucas. He told my family to take me to ER. SO THE WESLEY CLINIC ON NORTH WOODLAWN is where I went.i was there several days. Medicine was changed and my power of attorney Jana Hollingshead daughter called the PA for Dr Hendricks and she made a trip to this hospital and it was straightened out. I went back for my post op visit expecting to see my surgeon for card said I was to see him this appt. I saw his wonderful PA. I asked if he was back from his vacation. And was told yes. He was seeing another patient. His PA when I asked if he was was back asked me if I wanted to see him which was very nice. She assumed me that he would come in and say hello if I wanted that. I didn't want to bother him . But coming from my prospective I felt like I was kinda dropped. Almost 9 days of being in 2 hospitals for what was a hectic experience for me and I felt lost in the " system"i have decided to express my feelings because I feel like an open book to my health staf i love you all

Dr. Bollinger and his group are so patient with questions and explains everything in detail. Highly recommend them.

Staff are friendly and doctors are knowledgeable. If you're going for immediate care just be prepared to wait. It's not their fault, they get really busy!

I was greeted promptly by a friendly receptionist. My wait time for MRI was minimal.

I've seen Dr. Halphen and Abbie several times. They are consistently friendly, caring and listen to my concerns. They're the best!
