I am very pleased with Dr. Hendricks and very pleased with my knee replacement. He is personable and straight forward as a surgeon. I give him a five star review. I am not very pleased with the scheduling for the next follow up appointment as the office states they cannot fit me in within the four weeks and I will have to wait until the new year. This not only ruins my deductible goals but I am also supposed to lose my insurance at the end of 2021. The schedulers did not present as being sympathetic nor friendly regarding my situation.

Fast and friendly. Sound advice after thorough examination of my knee and MRI. Actually recommended not becoming a patient of his for at least a few more years however, I WILL DEFINITELY come back if needed.
