- About Dr. Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a fellowship trained and board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of knees and hips. He was born in Wichita, Kansas and raised in Rose Hill, Kansas. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City and completed a five year orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita.
Dr. Anderson returns to Kansas after completing a total joint reconstruction fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. There he worked and trained with some of the top joint replacement surgeons in the country and was trained in minimally invasive approaches to these surgeries. He was eager to return to his home state to provide this new minimally invasive approach option to Kansas patients. He is eager to help determine the best treatment option for each of his patients in regard to their knee and/or hip pain.
Dr. Anderson is happily married to his wife Lisa and has three children Ben, Emily, and Katherine. Of all of his accomplishments, his family is that of which he is most proud. He strongly believes in treating all patients as he would want his family treated.
