This subsection of our website contains sport specific rehabilitation programs or protocols designed for athletes.  These protocols may be appropriate in post-traumatic situations or during recovery from shoulder or other upper extremity surgery.

Four of these six protocols are intended for throwers.  An excellent online source of information for the throwing athlete is www.safethrow.com.  Throwing mechanics and the prevention of throwing injuries are discussed on this website.
